Our Policy

Packages can be opened while courier is at the door. In case of refusal to receive the order, please pay the shipping fee according to your governorate. 

SHIPPING

*In Egypt: shipping time and fees vary depending on the location, and will be shown at checkout after choosing your "Governorate".

The courier will contact you before delivering, so please be sure to answer your phone.

*International shipping takes up to 15 working days, and fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the number of items purchased. 

International orders have to be pre-paid.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

Exchanges and refunds are valid within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and the tags attached.

Exchange and refund fees are the same as delivery fees.

*Please note that KIJAQO has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.
