- Where is my order?

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday during working hours with orders placed after 1:00 PM CLT  processed the next working day (not including public holidays).

How long does shipping take?

  • Cairo and Giza: Within 2-5 working days.
  • Anywhere else inside Egypt: Within 3-5 working days.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Within 5-10 working days.

- Do you have International shipping?

  • We deliver worldwide within 5-10 working days ( Weekends and Official holidays excluded)

-How much is the shipping fees?

  • We deliver in Cairo and Giza for 65 EGP
  • Anywhere else for 85 EGP 
 -Do you have a showroom?
  • We’re available online only.

-How can I make sure of my size?

  • Please make sure of your size through our size chart.

-I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

  • Please check your spam/ junk mail in case the order confirmation has landed in there. If you still can't find your order confirmation please contact us.

-How can I pay my order?

  • You can pay online by your credit card or you can pay cash on delivery.

-Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?

  • Unfortunately we can’t send you two sizes but we allow exchanges after the courier leaves.

-Can I try the package while the courier awaits?

  • Packages can’t be opened while the courier awaits but we can exchange it after the courier leaves.

-What is your Exchange/ Refund policy?

  • According to our policy: We allow exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. No refunds.

-How can I exchange my order?

  • You can Email us at info@kijaqo.com with your order number and reason for exchange or you can send us through Instagram or Facebook.
